    Enter the tracking number in the box located in the center of the page to check the status of your shipments.
  3. STEP 3
    Click “TRACK”.

How To Track My Parcel Without a Tracking Number?

If you don’t have a tracking number, you can track by the reference number specified by the shipper when creating the shipment via the FedEx Kenya shipping tool.

You can go to All Tracking Services, and select the “Track by Reference” tab. You then enter the reference number and relevant information to track your shipment

Dangerous Goods

FedEx Express Dangerous Goods (DG) services allow the shipping of regulated dangerous substances and materials including door-to-door delivery and customs clearance. Applicable fee depends on the Dangerous Goods type:

Accessible Dangerous Goods (ADG): The contents of a package must be accessible during transit for security reasons.

International – Parcel (IP): KES110.00/kg(3) (minimum KES8270.00)

International – Freight (IPF): KES110.00/kg(3) (minimum KES8270.00)

Inaccessible Dangerous Goods (IDG): The contents of a package does not have to be accessed during transit and can be mixed with other freight.

International – Freight (IPF): KES35.00/kg(3) (minimum KES6200.00)

Dry Ice (DI): Dry ice is a hazardous commodity that requires special handling, subject to simplified regulations. It can be offered in locations where fully regulated Dangerous Goods services are not offered. In case a shipment contains both Dry Ice and Dangerous Goods, only the respective Dangerous Goods surcharge applies.

International – Parcel (IP): KES30.00/kg(3) (minimum KES1300.00)

International – Freight (IPF): KES30.00/kg(3) (minimum KES1300.00)

In case a shipment contains Dry Ice or Lithium Battery Section II with another Dangerous Good, only the respective (Accessible or Inaccessible) Dangerous Goods surcharge applies.

Saturday Delivery – KES 816 per shipment

Non-Stackable Shipments – KES 19,176 per shipment

Indirect Signature Required (ISR) – KES 510 per shipment

Direct Signature Required (DSR) – KES 510 per shipment
