How do I book a Modern Coach ticket online?

Here is the online booking procedure;

On your computer or phone/tablet, visit www.moderncoach.co.ke and select preferred travel points where you wish to travel to, from and date of travel and search for available buses.

Select your preferred available seat(s) on the bus chart that appears, chose your preferred pick up and drop off points and click continue button.

Click proceed as guest and key in your travel details as requested on the page; email address, full name, gender, age, country, phone number, nationality and ID/Passport number and click proceed to pay button.

Confirm the number making payment and click ‘Make Payment’ button.

A payment instruction SMS M-pesa and pop will be sent to the phone number and all you need to do is key in your pin for the amount to be deducted. Your reservation will be valid for the next 10 minute, payment should be done before this timeline expires.

Once payment is received, you should receive an SMS confirmation of your booking, which also has your ticket number.
