Presently in Gilgil, Nakuru County, is President William Ruto attending the pass-out procession of National Youth Service graduates. The president arrived, looked over the parade, and then stood at the podium. In this 87th NYS recruit pass-out parade, around 10,000 people are being graduated.The recruits, who have been through a rigorous six-month training program, showcased their “excellent” formation and march past skills at a dress rehearsal on Monday.
