• The first step of applying for a Provisional Driving License is to log in to your NTSA TIMS account, or create one if you don’t have it yet
• Once logged in to your TIMs account, hover over and click on the ‘Driving Licence’ Option
• On the next page, you will be required to select the type of Driving License you want to apply for, which is the “Application for PDL” option
• After you are done, click next and you will be redirected to another page where you are going to make the Application Payment from.
• Pay for the application fee which should be around Ksh. 650, using your preferred payment method, to continue
